When you book a holiday through me as an Independent Travel Advisor with InteleTravel, I act as an agent arranging travel services on your behalf.

Your booking contract

When you make a booking, your contract is formed directly with the travel supplier (such as the airline, hotel, cruise line, or tour operator) named on your booking confirmation. I act solely as an intermediary in arranging your travel services.

Applicable terms and conditions

All bookings are subject to:

• InteleTravel’s Agency Terms of Business, and
• The individual supplier’s own terms and conditions

These terms include important information regarding payments, cancellations, amendments, refunds, schedule changes, and other booking conditions.

These are the terms on which we will make a booking for your travel or holiday requirements.

Payments and cancellations

Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellation or amendment charges may apply in accordance with the supplier’s terms. Some bookings may be non-refundable. Full details will be provided before confirmation

Accuracy of details

It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that all names, dates, and personal details are correct at the time of booking, and that passports, visas, and travel documentation meet destination requirements.

Responsibility for travel services

The travel services you purchase are provided by the supplier. Responsibility for the performance of those services rests with the supplier.

However, I will always provide support and assistance before and during your trip where possible.

Financial protection

Where applicable, bookings may be financially protected under schemes such as ATOL or ABTA. Protection details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Acceptance of terms

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted:

• InteleTravel’s Agency Terms of Business, and
• The relevant supplier’s terms and conditions.
